Overpromise and Under-delivering

SARS Officers has done it again, over promising and under delivering.<br> <br> On 30th December I went to SARS Offices in Kroonstad because I was told that the period 2007 - 2015 and that I owed SARS penalties of R27 000.<br> To my greatest surprise when she checked on their old system which they apparently migrated from all the documents were there so that meant I was wrongfully charged and she promised that the penalties would be waived and that I would get the R11 900 that SARS owed me would be paid in 21 working days.<br> <br> I phoned 30 minutes ago and there are still there, I'm really not sure of what to do or who to run to now.<br> <br> Please advise.<br>
