Overcharged

I have been billed a penalty of 2700 because I did not file a tax return for 2024 and since i have been not able to pay they have been charging 1000 on top of that amount mind you I did not know that I need to file a tax return as I have doing the past year but got nothing what I want is that they cancel the 1000 they billed me monthly.

I don't understand as monthly they have been taxing me, I have bills to pay monthly it not fine to charge a person such for not filing a tax return.

Can they please sort out a 1000 they charge me monthly.
