Over 21days for banking detail verification

It is with extreme frustration that I write this review! I was auto assessed on the 6th of July 2025. I did not change banking details but was asked to upload supporting documents to update my bank details. I uploaded the selfie holding my ID showing case number, tax reference number. Also proof of address, copy of bank statement. It is now more than 21days. I have made numerous calls to the call centre and also endured rude responses to my query. I visited the contact centre in Randburg and was turned away as they had reached the maximum number of 100 people inside the contact centre. At this point I am utterly frustrated!
