Outstanding Service from Tax Consultant Mr P Malatji - SARS Randburg

I had a very complicated issue to deal with at SARS, which included GEPF. I started dealing with it from July 2019 and the it only got resolved November 2019. This meant I needed to go to SARS Randburg office multiple times, usually taking afternoons off work to go there. There is a particular consultant (supervisor I think) by the name of Mr Phetole Malatji, and he was of the utmost help to me. On multiple occasions I was one of the last people left in the office waiting to be helped, after 17h00 already, and as the officials took their bags and left, Mr Malatji was the only one willing to assist every time. He was always patient, honest and went out of his way to make my life better. His knowledge of the systems, protocols and procedures is phenomenal and he never once complained about staying a few hours after his knock-off time to help me.

I would like to extend a word of gratitude to him, Mr Phetole Malatji, for outstanding, selfless service to the people. I hope he is duly rewarded for this.
