Outstanding Service from Bongisile SARS

I would like to commend Bongisile from SARS contact centre for exceptional customer service. The lady went over and beyond for a query that I was being tossed from pillar to post. She was able to put herself in my position, she understood my frustration, she was patient and kind. In light of the pandemic, it can become awfully difficult to do things online. SARS you NEED more employees like Bongisile and I hope you reward, value and recognize such valuable employees.
