Outstanding service delivery by Mboneni

After several months trying to resolve my tax queries, yesterday i actually spoke yo an agent for 8mins and stayed on the line for a further 1 hour just for her to look at my file after which the call disconnected after a total time of 1hr8mins I requested a callback and was fortunate enough to have been called back by a gentleman Mboneni. SARS should really appreciate the standard of work you put in unlike some of your colleagues and i say some because i had called in multiple times with the same query yet you were tue only one who could reslove it. You go the extra mile and I believe this is something each employee should have. Thank you so much for assisting me and resolving my query after 2months. I really hope you get the recognition you deserve which will encourage you to continue with the outstanding level of service you provide. MBONENI I NEED YOU TO UNDERSTAND THAT YOU ARE AWESOME!
