Outstanding SARS Official at the Umhlanga Ridge Branch

My appointment was on Thursday, 19th October 2023 at 2.30 pm at the SARS Umhlanga Ridge branch. Case number: *** It was my 3rd visit to have a problem relating to my 2023 tax returns. The official who attended to me was professional, and knowledgeable and assisted me in resolving my problem. She was also warm and friendly and educated me with clarity on how to submit my supporting documents. It was the very 1st time that I came across such an employee at SARS. Hats off to her. It is staff like her that provide the taxpayer with confidence in SARS. I do wish other government employees behave in the same manner.
