ongoing wait for my returns

last year i submitted my tax return and i was chosen to be audited, 30 working days later they needed more documents, i sent them through and waited another 30 working days, after i waited 60 WORKING days they still had problems with my return and i ended up owing them instead of them paying me well over R18000,00. i had to dispute this and then after another 60 WORKING days i finally received my money this year may.<br> <br> now this year it has been the same problem again, i have waited 30 working days, i submitted all other needed docs and i have waiter another 30 working days, i am no at the point where i owe them R6000 where they should give me R23000, now they told me i must put in an appeal and wait 60 working days again.<br> <br> why should it become such an issue just to receive MY money, all my documents where on their standards!!!!<br> <br> and i had to phone them weekly for info as they never phoned me.<br> <br> its almost as they have no money to pay the people with. and there is no one to solve this for a person fast
