Once again looking for reasons to not pAy out.

2023 Return Filled with Supporting documents That my wife is unemplyed and I pay for her Medical Aid - Sars Reviewed/accepted and paid out 2024 Return Filled with Supporting documents showing the same Documents/Motivations etc etc - Sars Reviewed/Accepted and Paid out

Now 2025, Return Filled with Supporting documents showing the same Documents/Motivations etc etc - Sars Telling me They not paying out because its going off her account. THE SAME AS BEFORE IN 2023 and 2024 returns!!!!.

BY LAW, IF THE PERSON IS FINANCIALLY DEPENDANT ON THEIR SPOUSE, IM ALLOWED TO CLAIM AS I TRANSFER THE MONEY TO HER ACCOUNT WHERE ITS DEBITED.

HOW IS THIS A PROBLEM NOW? NOW, I need to log a DISPUTE ... Wait 30business days for them to Review. Then they may ask me more documents. Once provided, have to wait another 30Business Days .. WTH IS WRONG WITH THESE GOVERNMENT ENTITIES!!!!
