On the 19th of July 2024 @ 11:00 I had a telephonic appointment with SARS. As per booking case ***. The lady that was assigned to my case my rude. I ended up not getting any clarity. I sent an email to SARS about the poor service rendered after that call. I still have not received any feedback from SARS.
