Oh my SARS

I dont know where to start with my SARS misery. I have spent so many hours waiting in line, on the telephone resolving my tax return, sending them information, getting reference after reference after reference, speaking to high up authorities, getting empty promises, and now, after submitting my provisional tax return, I have to go and do a positive identification for the 3rd time in less than 12 month at my local SARS branch. Why?? I still look the same as last year May and last year October? I still have the same bank account?

I have a suggestion: You can take my tax return and buy me a comfortable chair at your Menlyn branch- That way, I can at-least sit comfortably while waiting to identify myself AGAIN!
