Number one tax theifs in SA

If I can give 0 stars I would. Im standing on 22 days of them verifying my banking details and only to receive an email 18 days later to tell me they are busy verifying my banking details it should take 10 days after a phonecall of holding for 50min to tell me nothing another of 15min to be cut off and another for 30min to tell me to book an appointment. Everytime I write down my case number and when I enter it they tell me they couldn't check my case progress and give me a new number. These guys are the number 1 tax *****ing people in SA their business hours are from 08h00 to 16h30 when you phone 16h20 the system is already off. If I owe SARS they expect you to pay immediately or they threaten with jail time. But when they owe you they expect you to wait till end of days...
