Today was the first time since 13 July actually speaking to someone who understood the frustration i have been going through with just getting my details updated. Ntombi Manzini, hats off to you. You were patient when i was rambling along, you spoke so kindly and with reassuring voice that i felt a sense of relief. I do hope one day you get to read the post and understand that you made a difference when you called me back!
