Now it's our turn to ask WHERE'S OUR MONEY???

I understand that there may a back log due to COVID, but that doesn't give you a reason to LIE to us. I submitted my tax return on 19 August and attached supporting documents for a tax refund. I was told it would take 21 days to audit, then another 48 hours there after, now another 21 working days. Just be transparent on what is happening with our money. Also, I spoke with Johan Isaacs. Have a listen to the consultants call with me this morning. I suggest you get your agent's attitude in check.
