Notice of Objection

In May 2014 I got a letter of claim from SARS for vat returns, Which I wasn't aware of since in the beginning I was told that I can claim for VAT as I was registered for turn over tax but in 2014 I got a letter says my returns is in arrears I must submit as from 2007 till 2014 I did so as per their request and I have to pay some money too when it was SARS to pay me the refunds I was told that their need to do auditing first before they can pay me after 4 months they came back to me and say I own SARS R107000.00 after that SARS COME TO MY BUSINESS PLACE 4 TIMES TO DO AUDITING and I gave them all the required documents which they asked. After 7 months no word from SARS I ASKED SARS ABOUT MY REFUND and I was told first I need to settle my account of R 154000.00 I asked why so much now again and I was told inclusive of penalties and interest. I lodged an objection and SARS REPRESENTATIVE HELPED ME and every-time I being told it is invalid 5 times and I asked SARS why invalid the answer was final decision was made and nothing I can do about it this is SARS in feb 2016 SARS ****** MY MONEY FROM THE BANK R2200 i complained to ssmo no help i went to Tax ombudsman but no help since 2014
