<p>Then,kindly inform your staff to never call me and tell me how to answer my phone.I have business hours and it's from 730 to 1600. I received a call from god alone knows but she felt it fit to tell me hiw and when to answer my phone.Didn't even follow the usual telephone protocol to ask me if it's convenient.Then,raising her voice at me like I'm a kid is f....preposterous..Is this a joke?she then didn't get an employee to call me but issued a correspondance on e-filling that i can't view.</p> <p> </p> <p>I will not tolerate that tone and being questioned ever again.Don't know who she is but the call should've been recorded.</p> <p>Trying to figure out if sars employees are looking for customers to ""bully ?Not here,not with me and most importantly not in my time.</p> <p> </p> <p>Get your staff to act accordingly or i will maje a case of harassment.Your employees are being invasive.Stick to the audit.or is this audit about my personal life.</p> <p> </p> <p>Inform them never to raise their voice at me.They can do that with their families.I am a 28 year old,working female.Legally,i'm an adult.Don't let your employees call me again with their utterly rude demeanour...</p>
