Not happy with SARS

Good morning last year until early this year about +-R4000 was deducted from my Salary went to SARS to enquire booked appointments went about 3 times no clear explanation of why I was owing so much ,I last went before Easter was told to wait for 90 days for findings ,I have since not received any communication from SARS and the 90days has finished I've paid around +-R25 000 please assist.
