Not happy with SARS

I have submitted my documents over a month ago (15/07/2021) and was told i was selected for auditing and i need to wait for 21 working days.. it has been over 21 working days . Worse part it when i call they can only tell me that they can see it's over a week now the 21 working days passed but " the only thing they can do it escalate with an email" nothing and no one can do anything i just have to way... no one knows if i will wait for another month or year ... they just keep telling me to wait.. can someone plesse tell me who counts the 21 working days because WOW SARS!!! No happy at all....
