Not happy about Sars service

I have a problem with sars someone messed up my profile then sars said I owe them and because of the company that was listed on my profile that I know nothing about and I told them they said I must bring documents that proves that and I did then they declined my dispute and they never gave me a valid reason y it was declined then I went back they wanted me to submit documents for 1999 and 2000 and I told that I was still in school those years then they wanted affidavits that state I was in school and I did I even ask then to check my ID number and c how old I was that time still they declined my dispute and wen I ask them what must I do now coz they don't give me a reason y it's canceled and now what's worse the person whose busy on my profile changed details I can't login on my efilling anymore and wen I called in they told me the email address that is there was not mine and even the cell number that is there is not mine they changed them so the guy I spoke to on the phone told me that I would get a call from his supervisor and i didn't it's been 2years now trying to fix this problem and iam not getting any help from them can someone help
