Not good business service

There is a small amount of money that i must get from SARS for Personal Tax Returns. I heard that SARS was still busy with Audit but until today i haven't received any feedback. This is not the first time i experience the same problem. Once they say they do audit i don't receive any feedback. This is very upsetting. I want to know what's happened to the money that i was supposed to get.
