Not considered or taken serious

<p> I have been here at SARS all day and now at 14:15 some white lady decides to come outside where we are qued on the tax clearance line and being told that they will not prioratise us as we are not important than the IRP5 que and we are being told that they have been here since morning of which I have been here since morning also. I filed my returns 3 weeks back and didn't get my money because my banking details has changed and the person who assisted me did not even bother to ask nor to show interests and she changed them on the system but did not update as I had all docs required.....there was no notification sent to I must update so that I can be paid my money. I find it so disturbing that people are hired and they doing nothing instead misleading us. Now i am being told that I must go back home as my query is not important than the IT Returns </p>
