Not allowed entry into SARS East London

I am currently at Sars in East London sitting in chairs in the passage way outside. We were just informed by a gentleman that the branch is full so they will not let us in as they are short staffed due to holidays just as we are on holiday. He proceeded to say that they will only work on the people inside and should 4pm come we must just consider ourselves left behind for today and leave.

I do not know whether this is how sars does things now but to me it seems rather rude and not becoming of a national service rendering authority.
