Not able access my account at SARS

Cant register for e-filing due to technical errors. Sars said I must go in to their offices and sort it out there. The accountant firm that was suppose to take care of my tax has closed down and I cant get my information from them that is required by SARS. My IRP5 report that I got from my company gave me a bunch of nonsense digits that the SARS website system wont accept so I cant register or login. And all that the SARS office say is 'You must come in for assistance\. I told them over and over that I cant because I do contract work Monday to Saturday and that the nearest SARS office is 108KM away from me. So due to someones else's problems I must lose money to take of from work. SARS need to help me because I need to register for e-filing and get my tax sorted!!! And for the love of God I am NOT going to any offices because I can not take leave nor am I willing to lose money when I take unpaid leave for a SARS system that is not working. So get your General Manager to intervene to get my stuff sorted telephonically PLEASE!!!"
