NOO submitted on the 29 July 2015 and no response

On the 28 September 2015, a SARS communication was sent to me and extra document was requested by the Auditor. He wanted my income tax certificate breakdown from my medical aid showing that the amount on the medical certificate is not claimed twice. The document was requested and submitted to the SARS branch in Johannesburg CBD. The lady I spoke to at the branch escalated the matter to the Auditor to work the objection because all the documents were received. On the 10 October 2015, my objection was pended but this time with no reason for the 10 November 2015. I called today to find out what is happening and I spoke to Jill Boks and Nazeem Davids and both were not helpful. They were impatient and disregarded my concerns. They both told me that the matter can be pended again as long as it is still within the turnaround time regardless of the fact that all the necessary documents were submitted. Which I find it strange and unfair practice. This NOO has been outstanding since the 30 July 2015, escalations were done twice for the person Auditing to work the NOO and without reason he can just choose to pend it? I dont know if this was pended again because of the two escalations or what?
