My name is Miss Sifiso Twala *** id number ***. I filled my returns when tax season opened in 11 July 2023, and submitted supporting documents. Then I received confirmation email and that my case will be finalized within 21 working days. It's 3 months full now, no communication from SARS as to how far is my case and why it's taking this long, because I am due for a refund from SARS. It's towards the end of tax season and nothing still from SARS. But if the tables were turned I would not even be writing this, the matter would have been finalized in a day or two the most. The nonsense service and ******* treatment we get when we do the correct things.
