No urgency for SARS

Good day, I submitted my tax on 01 July 2018. I was told on 4 July I needed to submit an outstanding return for 2015? I submitted all supporting documents as required. I received another email via correspondence on 17 July advising me that SARS was auditing me for 2018 . I submitted all documents on 18 July. I have not received any feedback and when I called SARS I was told my case is not even assigned to anyone. Can someone please assist? Thanks MS Moonsamy
