No turn around time for refunds !!!

SARS is really the worst !!! They forcefully expect us to comply with everything and yet they can do what ever they please!!!! When we are in the wrong they can take everything as and when they please but when they have to pay u they told me that there is no turn around time for them to pay me bac**** How is that fair ??? It can take up to 10 years for them to pay me back what due to me and that's fine by their standard!!! Such hypocrites!!!
