NO TAX REFUND

I submitted on the 31 July 15 was informed i would be refunded on 01 Aug 15. nothing happened so i went back and was told i needed to submit a payment slip of 2014, i had to submit an affidavit to that effect then i was told that i had to submit for 2012 and that this was the reason why my payment was blocked by them i did and i got an sms that they would pay on 01 Nov 2015, its been 90 days already and no one is paying up and i am afraid to go because they will resubmit my assessment then another 30 days again,I am unemployed and its really not fair or cost effective to go up and down to SARS office every month, they grievance procedure i read would take 21 days on its own before you get any feed back. I would have gotten 3 letters of demands and penalties if i was doing this, I dont know where to take my dissatisfaction anymore<br> SARS SUCKS
