No service

SARS says "it takes upto 21working days" to complete the process of activating me as my company's representative so that i can register for VAT.

Well here I am 3months on still WAITING!!! It's either my documents are "incomplete" or my submission stays "under verification" for a whole month???

To say that i am frustrated by this is an understatement.
