No service ! Disappointing

My efiling SARS has been overdue for over 5 months now. All you get told is it has been escalated , what’s the point of escalation if there is no intention to finalise ?? I know SARS are the law but it is really frustrating not to receive feedback when you are so strict about your processes and Timeframes .
