No Returns received.

I have been struggling to get my returns from Sars since September last year. Sars is quick to send you notifications on penalties. I been contacting the call center since last year for a in 2010. They requested for IRP5 forms for 2010 of which I informed them that I am not able to access this forms because its more than five years ago. They then instructed me to get an affidavit stating this, I then submitted this document on the efiling platform. The response I received is there is no turn around time for returns, which means this could take years. Two years ago Sars expected me to pay back R12000 of which I did without hesitation. Now that I have money owed its been a struggle to get this resolved.
