No response from SARS since 06-09-22

I submitted my Sars e-filing on 2-09-22, was requested to submit supporting documents which I submitted 6-09-22. Was informed that that as per my submission , im due for a possible refund .Followed up numerous times the refund. Logged a complaint with Sars on 05-10-22, without success. Eventually logged a complaint with tax Ombudsman on 17-10-22 and still waiting
