NO REFUND FROM SARS AFTER CONFIRMING CONFIRMING ALL DOCUMENTS ARE IN ORDER

please assist , in the past month i have made a follow up with regards to my efilling i submitted last year 2020. the refund updated on my SARS profile is R9000. due date to receive the refund was 30 January 2021. i received no feedback form SARS with regards to this.

i followed up in February they told me i should submit my ID copy, physical address, bank statement and a selfie wit my ID copy. they booked for me an appointment. when the day of an appointment came , they said i should submit, IRP5 and Affidavid with 3v month banks statement. they booked me again for the appointment for the following week,. when the day of an appointment came they said all is in order. they will release a stopper on my account so that i receive the funds.

it has been 2 weeks waiting for the stopper to be uplifted and there is nothing in terms of feedback. when i call to get the feedback i .wait for 20 minutes to get to the consultant and leads me to voice mail
