No refund after 5 months and bad attitude

After being patient with SARS regarding my filing and submission returns in August 2017, I still havent received my refund. I only received a call from them on the 2nd Feb 2018 ( their number + ********** 37729) promising to work on my account. I then received an SMS of notification from them on the 14 Feb 2018, I assumed they are working on my account. Today 22 Feb 2018, I called the same number I received a call from, to follow up, but was given a bad attitude from a Mpho (she said they dont give out their surnames) who said she can help me, she then put her phone on the side and I ended up speaking to myself. I have waiting for my refund for more than the turnaround time and have been very understanding when they explained they had backlog but this has gone much too long and after today's service from Mpho I am extremely disgusted.
