NO proper feedback. appalling service from "management"

extremely disappointed and irritated with Sars at OR Tambo airport. ordered a few parcels last month, got notification that it was cleared through sars on 25/08. when i inquired again about it beginning of Sept, i was told that parcels has been detained 29/08 and i need to do formal clearance and they will send me the relevant documentation. up to today, 19/09, still waiting on any stop note from them. nobody answers any phones, e-mails get ignored, and i am still in the dark about what is going on with my parcels. even had a "manager" phone me on 15/09 to say he will get it resolved hopefully by monday 18/09, yet today 19/09 no news from anybody, despite sending a mail yesterday already wanting to find out what is happening.
