NO PAYMENT ON TAX RETURN

I have filed my tax return in the beginning of November, then they wanted my documentation for an audit. It is now almost 2 months later with no money and no positive feedback. I pay my taxes on time every month but when they have to pay then it takes forever, and there is no one higher you can talk to they just escelate the matter all the time... feeling fed up.<br>
