No joy at SARS

I filled for 2018 in August of last year, its been 4 months and when ever I speak to SARS consultants they tell me all thats outstanding is the audit all paperwork has been received by SARS. I'm not getting any joy in this matter & I have called and asked SARS to escalate this but still no one has helped me. Can I ask if anyone can help me please my number is ***.
