No help with SARS...terrible service

I have been trying to get my wife's e filing done for the past month but I get told is that bank verification problem. I have changed my bank account from the previous e filing but have submitted all the documents they required. Agents must be equipped to help customers and not be rude and just cut customers off if they don't have an answers. My query is not resolved from 13th July. It's disappointing
