No help. No service, no care!

A government entity with a sole purpose of preventing ***** and financial *******ion... who is simply failing the public.. How are we to get any assistance from this entity ? You cannot call them because no one answers, you cannot asked to be called back because it does not happen. You cannot make an appointment via their online booking because no dates are available, and you simply cannot walk into the branch.. The system has been designed to offer no assistance to hard working tax payers but they never fail to collect taxes. I have been sanctioned with penalties for a business that was to be deregistered in 2020.. but I cannot get any assistance via any medium to have this matter resolved. Wish the minister of finance can take a long hard look at this and get this right.. Government is failing us at everything... very sad..
