No feedback since May 2017

Good day,

I have submitted my returns on the 28th of May 2017 which I was told will be in 31/07/2017. Nothing was sent to me or any communication. Decided to go back to the branch in Dube (Soweto) they told me I need to verify my banking details. I didnt so that was on the 07/08/2017. Since then I Have been calling the call center, going to the branch for feedback and still nothing. They are telling me there is no turn around time but they have sent an email to the team leader who will make follow up. I have spoken to Poppy, Nathi, Phindile all are TL but still no assistance.

Worst service ever, with no one able to give you turn around time and fully information about your returns.
