NO FEEDBACK ON REQUEST OR NO CLARITY

Good Day, I Rowena C Haywood, ID: *** am perturbed with the treatment I am getting from SARS. I am being sent from pillar to post with no-one being able to give me answers. I was told that I need to pay SARS an amount of approx. R16k, but no clarity can be given as to WHY! then I was advised to request to pay off the amount in installments which I did and NO ONE got back to me with any feedback. I requested that my Efiling be cancelled
