NO feedback and CALL CENTER!!

I app**** for a new reg nr on 14/4/2016 and the woman said I must wait for my nr. We waited 20min before she said I can leave she will call with the nr. I waited TWO weeks, still no nr even after I called the *&(^% call center. I eventually went back to this woman and was then told to complete another form which was, initially not required. I did that and they scanned and forwarded it to 'Alberton". I did not receive ANY communication from them to come and complete the form. I am desperately waiting for an investment payout but can't get it because of this *********** government blood suckers. When we owe them they are quick to summons you but when they owe you money or service you must maar fall in the line and wait…
