NO FEEDBACK ABOUT MY TAX RETURN

I did my efiling on the 26th of November 2015.<br> I was requested to hand in supporting documents for an audit on the 26th of November 2015.<br> <br> I was told the turn around times would be 30 days.<br> <br> On the 18th of January my case was escalated and I was told that it would be a further 21 days.<br> <br> It has now gone past that time, and all your call centre agents can tell me is that they are sending it on to query EVERYTIME I phone in about this. Today I get told that there are no escalation turn-around times.<br> No one can tell me when this will be finalized, and it is LONG past the turn-around times.<br> <br> I am very tired now of the generic answers your agents give to every single question. Get someone who can assist me in sorting this problem out.<br> Please sort this out as a matter of urgency, this service is HIGHLY UNACCEPTABLE!!
