No feedback

I handed in my IRP5 for returns,there was a few things that I needed to gather together for them. They made me drive up and done for things 3times where they could have told me the firts time to bring everything. Im unemployed at the moment and now all feedback Im getting is 2010thats submitted. Ive been getting the same email since Tuesday,Ive phoned them and queried it,Ive send mails regarding it but response time is 21working days. I think this is poor service.
