No customer service at sars Doornkloof

The online booking system does not work , telephonelines stay busy , this morning,nearly 30 customers came there and was told you will be helped when helped we will wait because it must be an online booking ! Most of the customers was there yesterday etc.Which does not work ,and said this is a normal say to struggle like this its part of life ! Some staff are racial , other are arrogant, ive spent today nearly 3 hours there and eventually left due to no assistance , ive never done sars myself but is treated like as if i do it everyday , they have unhumanly manners , so i also left , there is no where to complain and assistance sucks .theire suppose to help !
