No assistant from SARS

I have had to visit the SARS office numerous times to request that they stop deducting over R2 000.00 from my salary. After I provided them with the necessary documentation for them to rectify this but they have failed to do so. When I last visited their office i was informed that someone within SARS may have received my refund (*****) how are we to trust SARS if such things occur. I have not received my refund to date and no solution. Every time i request feedback I am give another 21 days to wait and after 21 days im given another 21 days, meanwhile my money is being deducted. Sies SARS,I am DISGUSTED!!!
