NO ANSWER WHENEVER I CALLED SARS CUSTOMS OFFICE

i have been waiting for a parcel from Australia which was sent on to South African Post Office Quagga Centre 18/02/2015 and arrived in South Africa on 24/02/2015 but I havent received it. I went to the Post office several times I even sent them many emails, but they didnt assist. I complained on Helopeter on 20/03/2015 and they answered me on 24/03/2015 informing me to send an email which they gave me until now I havent received a reply on the email I sent them, when I go to the post office they just tell me the tracking number is not on the system and thats it. I am tired of all this. Someone advised me to call the SARS Customs Office Johannesburg but it seems like no one works there because I have called them for 3 conservative days but no one seems to pick up the phone.
