No accountability. No regard for customers.

After being selected for audit and submitting my documents in September 2019, My case still hasn't been finalised. I had my case escalated on the 7th of October 2019. I have run out of space in my diary to write down case numbers. Today I was told that there is no turnaround time on escalations. The problem is there is no way to hold SARS accountable.
