No access to Auditors & very long Turnaround Time

I have lodged a complain regarding my expenses that was not ignored by SARS<br> <br> 1. They are going take a whole 60 days turnaround time<br> <br> 2. I cannot get access to their Auditors<br> <br> *** ... What must I do?
