of the Ombuds office on the news channel that he explains to SA that it is ******* to hold tax back of a person , it is now about 2 months that i have been fighting SARS about my tax return and nothing has happened . i have submitted all documents and even paid my money as I was advised to pay my penalize so that process will be faster and nothing happened and every time I call they have been telling me my case have been finalized only thing they waing for its bank verification and their correspondence says it will be only 10 working days since the 31st march I have been receiving same correspondence and when I call they telling me that have nothing to do with them as they escalated the case I should wait and they don't know for how long as there is no turn around time.and this have affected meas I have used my money to pay for my money to be released.
